Construction of the Święte–Grabowiec water-supply link in Radymno Municipality

Summary

The tender covers construction of approximately 0.68 km of a water-supply network beneath the San River between Święte and Grabowiec, connecting the existing water systems, together with photovoltaic equipment of up to 40 kW at the Święte water-treatment plant and fencing of plot 922/7. The works must be completed within 40 days, while all final construction and commissioning obligations must be completed within 70 days of contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period 40%; the minimum guarantee is 60 months and offers of 84 months or more receive the maximum guarantee score. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required, and a performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price must be provided before contract signature. The contractor must also comply with employment-on-contract requirements for specified site activities.
