The tender covers construction and installation works needed to adapt or redevelop the Flour Granary and Mill spaces, together with author supervision, Stage 2 concerning the Flour Granary building. The works must follow the technical documentation, building permit, technical specifications, applicable law and technical standards. The buildings are listed in the heritage register.
