Adaptation of the Building of Agricultural School Complex No. 3 in Łosice to Create a Temporary Shelter – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of the building of Agricultural School Complex No. 3 in Łosice to create a temporary shelter, including construction, electrical, sanitary and site-preparation works in accordance with the design and tender documents. The works must be completed within 75 days of signing the contract, and bids must be submitted by 17 September 2026 at 9:00. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the length of the quality guarantee (40%): a 5-year guarantee receives 40 points, 4 years receives 20 points and 3 years receives 0 points. The bid guarantee is PLN 80,000 and the performance security is 5% of the total bid price. Workers performing general construction, sanitary and electrical works must be employed under employment contracts; the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
