Renovation of the entrance stairs and roof of the school's main building

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the entrance stairs leading to the first floor and the roof of the school's main building. The works include demolition and waste disposal, rebuilding chimneys, installing a heat-welded bitumen roof covering, replacing the lightning protection system, tiling the stairs, refurbishing the balustrade, relocating the solar installation and antenna, and replacing 7 roof ventilators. The works must be carried out in an occupied school building while ensuring the safety of pupils, staff and other persons and uninterrupted use of the building.
