Construction of a garage and storage building for OLiOC on the premises of the Augustów District Roads Authority

Summary

The tender covers construction of a garage and storage building in Augustów. The planned building is a single-storey steel-structure building with a flat roof, a height of 5.25 m, dimensions of 55.00 × 12.50 m, a building footprint of 687.50 m² and a usable floor area of 644.14 m². The guaranteed Stage I includes earthworks, foundations, foundation-wall insulation, the steel structure, the roof, wall cladding on three sides and windows. The optional Stage II may include floors, front wall cladding, doors, racking, pavement, an access road, fencing, and water, hydrant and electrical installations; its maximum value is PLN 1,320,000.00 net, or PLN 1,623,600.00 gross. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026 and tenders must be submitted by 09:00 on 18 September 2026. A PLN 15,000 tender guarantee is required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and guarantee period (40%).
