Thermal modernization of the Rusibórz rural community center and modernization of light sources

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive thermal modernization of a rural community center and the modernization of existing light sources in Rusibórz, within the project to change a commercial-service building into a community center in Dominowo municipality, on plot no. 34/5. The works include, among other things, construction, façade, plastering, ventilation, electrical and sanitary installation works. The works must be completed by 5 November 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defects-liability period for the construction works accounts for 40%. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and a performance security are required.
