Renovation and replacement of the internal central heating system at the District Court building in Golub-Dobrzyń

Summary

The tender covers the complete dismantling of the existing central heating system and installation of a new internal heating system in buildings A and B and the connecting section of the District Court building in Golub-Dobrzyń. The works include installing pipework, radiators, valves, pumps, filters and other system equipment, insulation, restoration of wall surfaces, disposal of removed materials, flushing, filling, balancing and pressure testing. The heating system in garage building C remains unchanged, although a separate connection to it is to be provided. The contractor may offer a completion period of 28, 42 or 56 calendar days from contract signature. The tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, the warranty and defect liability period for 10%, and the completion period for 30%.
