Summary

The tender covers the thermal modernisation of the façade and roof of a residential building at Zamkowa 12 in Swarzędz, including replacement of windows and external doors. The works include roof and wall insulation, roof covering, sheet-metal details, gutters and downpipes, television antenna systems, lightning protection, replacement of external joinery, an intercom system and site clean-up.
