Supply of tools and power tools – case no. 79/2026

Summary

The tender covers the supply of tools and power tools in two lots. Lot 1 contains 82 tool items and has a delivery period of 30 days; Lot 2 contains 49 power-tool items and has a delivery period of 60 days. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and price is the only award criterion. All documents must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026. For Lot 2, the contracting authority may exercise a limited option to order six additional products, up to one unit of each, with option deliveries due within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. The products must be new, unused, non-refurbished and first-grade, and must carry a 24-month warranty. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 600 for Lot 1 and PLN 1,200 for Lot 2.
