Modernization of access roads to agricultural land in Skala, Smardzowice, Cianowice and Nowa Wies in 2026 – repeated tender

Summary

The tender concerns the repair and modernization of roads providing access to agricultural land in five lots: 838 m on Odolowa Street in Cianowice, 250 m in Nowa Wies, 50 m on Okopy Street in Smardzowice, 188 m on Gorzysta Street in Smardzowice, and 893 m on Rzeplinska Street in Skala and in the Stoki area. Bids may be submitted for one or all lots, and all works must be completed by 30 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. The works require a minimum 36-month warranty and defects liability period; a longer warranty may receive up to 40 evaluation points. Price carries 60 points and warranty length 40 points. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
