Replacement of the heating source and installation of photovoltaic panels in two public buildings of the Damnica Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the thermal modernisation of two public buildings of the Damnica Municipality in two lots. The works include, among other things, replacement of windows and doors, upgrading the heating system and boilers, installation of photovoltaic panels and ventilation; Lot 1 also includes replacement of sports hall lighting and roof repairs. Bids may be submitted for both lots and the works must be completed by 31 August 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish and in the form of an electronic catalogue. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty, weighted at 40%. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required, as well as a performance security for proper contract performance.
