The tender covers six vocational training services for participants in the project “Foster Care in Olsztyński County. PROFESSION WITH A MISSION”: photography, computer graphics, permanent makeup, first-degree accounting, eyelash styling, and holiday childcare instructor training. A bidder may submit a tender for all lots, but only one tender may be submitted for each lot. Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 must be completed within 6 months of contract signature, while lot 4 must be completed within 3 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 15:30. The evaluation awards 60% for price, 35% for additional training hours, and 5% for undertaking to employ at least one socially excluded or socially at-risk person. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
