Sale, delivery, installation and configuration of a WAF-class appliance

Summary

The tender covers the sale, delivery, installation and configuration of one physical Web Application Firewall appliance, together with technical support. The appliance must be integrated with the contracting authority’s existing F5 VE solution in a high-availability active-standby cluster, including migration of the existing configuration and system hardening. Delivery, installation and configuration must be completed by 30 November 2026, and technical support must be provided from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 09:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 5,000. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%), support for a TCL-based scripting language (20%), and unlimited AI/ML-based Layer 7 DDoS protection (20%).
