Widzew Playground – design and build

Summary

The tender covers the design-led expansion and upgrading of the existing Widzew playground. The contractor must prepare complete design documentation, obtain the required opinions, approvals and permits, and carry out the construction works, including installing or renewing small architectural features, building an access path to the playground, and establishing or restoring lawns. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 00:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period for the construction works (40%).
