Reconstruction of the Muzeum Zamek building in Oświęcim for fire protection

Summary

The tender covers the partial reconstruction of the historic Muzeum Zamek building in Oświęcim to meet fire-safety requirements. The works include EI 60 fire-compartment walls and EIS 30 fire doors, fire protection of the roof structure and technical rooms, emergency evacuation lighting, expansion of the fire alarm system and internal hydrant system with pump and hydrofor equipment, as well as necessary demolition, finishing and reinstatement works. The building is a protected historic monument, and the works must be coordinated with heritage-protection requirements and parallel interior fit-out works. The contract period is up to 6 months from contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. A PLN 10,000.00 tender guarantee is required. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60 points), quality guarantee period (20 points) and the construction manager’s experience in heritage works (20 points).
