Replacement of sewage risers and modernization of bathrooms in the Sieradz City Hall building

Summary

The tender concerns replacement of sewage risers and modernization of the bathrooms in the northern part of the Sieradz City Hall building. The works include demolition and construction, new water, sewage, ventilation and electrical installations, expansion of the fire alarm system, interior finishing, sanitary equipment installation, system testing and commissioning of the rooms. The works are to be completed within 6 months and the tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and accompanied by a PLN 7,000 tender guarantee. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty period is 36 months, while periods exceeding 60 months will be assessed as 60 months.
