Organisation of language courses for employees of public employment services in the West Pomeranian region

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of live one-to-one online English and German language courses for employees of public employment services in the West Pomeranian region. The basic scope covers an English course for up to 55 participants and a German course for up to 5 participants; each participant is to receive 60 lessons, with one lesson lasting 45 minutes. The service includes placement tests, course programmes and schedules, teaching materials, coordination, final tests, competence validation, certificates and reporting. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 90% and the social clause 10%; additional points are available for involving at least one unemployed person or person with disabilities in the contract performance. The contracting authority may also order up to one additional English and/or German course edition in 2027–2028.
