Supply of equipment and software under the Cybersecure Waterworks project

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and implementation of cybersecurity equipment and software for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej in Miedziana Góra. It is divided into four lots, and bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Lot I covers servers, server software, access licences, a disk array, NAS equipment, UPS units, a RACK cabinet, VLAN-capable network devices, UTM devices and hardware tokens. Lot II covers the supply and deployment of an industrial network monitoring IDS system, including three hardware probes, manufacturer support and administrator training. Lot III covers UEM and DLP software, a training platform, social engineering tests, deployment of a server cluster, password manager, domain controller and hardware tokens, as well as information security documentation and policy updates. Lot IV covers XDR and backup software, IT/OT network segmentation, SIEM, IT infrastructure monitoring, local deployment support and cybersecurity training. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 12:00. For Lots I, II and IV, price is the only award criterion; for Lot III, price carries 90% and a declaration of round-the-clock availability carries 10%. Products must be new, compliant and lawfully placed on the European Union market. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
