Purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture

Summary

The tender covers 8 swivel office chairs, 8 freestanding desks, 1 wardrobe, 4 filing cabinets with shelves and 8 mobile drawer units, including delivery, placement in the premises and installation in Lublin. All products must be factory-new, unused and ready for installation. Delivery and installation must be completed within a maximum of 40 calendar days from contract signature. The electronic tender must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 and must be prepared in Polish. Price carries 60 points and delivery time 40 points; a delivery period of up to 30 days receives 40 points for the time criterion. Tenderers must meet the detailed requirements for dimensions, materials, construction, functions and standards and offer a warranty of at least 24 months.
