Alteration and renovation of office room 46–46A at Szczecin City Hall

Summary

The tender concerns the alteration and renovation of office room 46–46A on the ground floor of the Szczecin City Hall building. The works include demolition and construction works, restoration of structures, window and door works, electrical, heating and ventilation installations, finishing works and cleaning. The building is heritage-protected and the works must be carried out in an occupied building, mainly outside office hours. The completion period is 100 calendar days from contract signature.
