Renovation of the external staircase to the MEWA D Sanatorium in Kolobrzeg

Summary

The tender concerns the complete renovation of the external staircase and landing of the MEWA D Sanatorium in Kolobrzeg. The works include removing existing coverings, repairing and strengthening concrete, installing a bonding layer and cement-based waterproofing, fixing granite covering with flexible adhesive, applying chemical-resistant grout, installing slip-resistant granite at least 2 cm thick, finishing step edges, impregnating the granite, and removing and reinstalling railings. Materials must be new, frost-resistant, resistant to de-icing salts and suitable for intensive use; the contract provides for the use of Schönox system materials. The works will be carried out in an operating facility while maintaining access to the building. The expected duration is 3 weeks from contract signature, although a shorter completion period receives additional evaluation points. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 16 September 2026. A mandatory site visit must be completed before submission and confirmed by a protocol signed by the contracting authority; otherwise, the tender will be rejected without evaluation. A tender guarantee of PLN 500 is required. Tenders are evaluated by price (60%), warranty and statutory liability period (20%), and completion period (20%).
