Bituminous surfacing outside the road right-of-way of a public road

Summary

The contract concerns renewal of the bituminous surface on Lotnictwa Square in Piła, from Medyczna Street to the end of the internal road, including the car park. The contractor must prepare and submit as-built documentation and prepare and obtain approval for temporary traffic management arrangements for the duration of the works. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bidder must have completed at least two comparable road-carriageway repair projects involving bituminous surfacing during the last five years, each covering at least 1,500 m². A list of works and references or acceptance certificates must be provided as evidence. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and extension of the minimum 36-month warranty period (40%).
