Flooring installation and finishing works at a social welfare facility in Wroclaw

Summary

The tender covers finishing works for replacing floor coverings in Building A of a social welfare facility at 66/68 Rędzińska Street, Wroclaw. The scope includes removing the existing flooring and strips, repairing the subfloor, priming, installing 5–10 mm self-levelling flooring, installing homogeneous PVC flooring with a 10 cm upstand on the walls, installing new threshold strips, and removing and disposing of waste. The quantities are 226 m² of flooring for the ground-floor stage and 222.5 m² for the first-floor stage, plus 15 m and 13 m of threshold strips respectively. The works must be carried out in consecutive stages within 60 days from handover of the construction site: up to 30 days are allocated to each floor, and work may not proceed on both floors at the same time. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the warranty and defects-liability period for 40%; the minimum period is 24 months and 48 months receives the maximum 40 points. No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross remuneration is required.
