Selection of a Contractor for Construction Works, Greenery Planting and Maintenance under the “Let’s Plant Trees in the Main Market Square” Project

Summary

The tender covers construction and landscaping works at Krakow’s Main Market Square, together with maintenance of the planted greenery until 1 April 2031. The scope includes preparatory and demolition works, tree removal and transplanting, construction of underground tree pits and tree-protection elements, reconstruction of electrical, sewerage and gas infrastructure, surface reinstatement, new tree planting, archaeological supervision and preparation of as-built documentation.
