Comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Piątnica municipality

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Piątnica municipality, divided into four lots: the primary school in Jeziorko, the multifunctional building in Olszyny, the building in Murawy and the primary school in Olszyny. The works include, among other things, insulation and facade works, heating and electrical installations, rainwater systems and finishing works. Tenders may be submitted for all four lots, and the completion date for each lot is 1 February 2028. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 18 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%. The procurement is connected with the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021–2027 programme.
