Summary

The contract covers renovation of the roof of the Court of Appeal building at Przy Rondzie 3 in Krakow. The works include removing and reusing the existing ballast gravel, dismantling the geotextile and water-damaged 10 cm XPS insulation, installing 10 cm PIR boards, installing an EPDM waterproofing system with roof drains and ventilation cowls, and reinstating the gravel ballast. The roof area is approximately 2,085.50 m²; the bill of quantities includes 12 roof drains, 4 overflow wall drains and 42 ventilation cowls. The works must be completed within 2 months of contract signature and carried out while the court remains operational, with safe and uninterrupted access maintained. The estimated minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 5 years, while 6- or 7-year periods receive additional evaluation points. Price carries 80% and the warranty period 20%. A PLN 18,000 bid guarantee and a performance security equal to 4% of the gross tender price are required.
