Construction of additional office rooms in the CT building

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of selected interior rooms in the existing Technology Centre building into additional office rooms at 71 Żurawia Street, Białystok. The works include demolition, construction finishing, and electrical, cabling and ventilation installations. The expected duration is 8 months from contract signature, and the tender submission deadline is 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required warranty is at least 60 months, with available options of 60, 66, 72, 78 or 84 months.
