Laundry services for the needs of Nowy Wiśnicz Prison

The tender concerns laundry services for Nowy Wiśnicz Prison for 12 months, with an estimated volume of 35,000 kg. The service includes water washing, dry cleaning, drying, disinfection where necessary, calendaring of selected items (bed sheets and pillowcases), ironing, folding and minor tailoring repairs. Items include, among others, towels, cloths, bed linen, blankets, prison clothing, work and kitchen clothing, mattresses and prisoners’ private clothing. The bidder must collect soiled items and return clean items at its own cost at least once a week on Wednesdays between 9:00 and 12:00, using suitable separate returnable containers. A second collection and delivery round must be provided when necessary. The laundry must hold a document or certificate proving the use of technology providing complete biocidal effectiveness against all viruses, including the coronavirus causing COVID-19. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and payment period at 40%.
