Raising the Cybersecurity Level of the Szczecinek Municipality Office and Its Subordinate Units

Summary

The procurement is divided into three lots, and a tenderer may bid for all lots. Lot 1 covers the supply of LAN network switches for the Szczecinek municipality office, Lot 2 covers a UTM network appliance with a compatible SIEM system, and Lot 3 covers equipment for a secure segregated WiFi network, including a network gateway, WiFi 7 access point, wall mount and managed PoE switch. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications; Lot 2 also includes as-built documentation, user instructions and Polish-language training of up to two people for at least 8 hours. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%, and the contracting authority may conduct negotiations. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must be in Polish or include a Polish translation and must be properly signed electronically.
