Refurbishment of the interior of the building at 18 Marszałkowska Street in Drezdenko under the project “Creation of the Drezdenko Social Services Centre for Everyone”

Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of the interior of the building at 18 Marszałkowska Street in Drezdenko under a design-and-build arrangement. The contractor must prepare the construction and execution design, obtain the building permit, carry out the refurbishment works and construct a gas boiler room on the basis of the technical documentation. The overall completion period is 530 days from contract signature, and the design documentation must be prepared within 60 days. The contractor is also responsible for obtaining approvals and permits, author’s supervision, site safety, waste handling, as-built drawings and handover documentation. New materials with the required certificates must be used, and materials must be approved by the supervision inspector before installation. Employees performing construction and machinery work must be employed under employment contracts. The bid must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation assigns 60% to the bid price and 40% to the warranty and defect-liability period. The offered period must be at least 3 years; 4 years receives 20 points and 5 years receives 40 points. The tender guarantee is PLN 20,000, and the performance security is 5% of the total bid price.
