Construction works on the county road in Subkowy from Wybickiego Street to Wodna Street

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction and repair of section 2811G of the county road in Subkowy, from Wybickiego Street to Wodna Street. The works include milling the existing surface, installing kerbs and laying a bituminous overlay, as well as removing the existing bus-bay paving, levelling the base and reinstating the paving made of concrete blocks. Before starting the works, the contractor must commission an authorised surveyor to reinstate and mark the boundaries of the road reserve and must work exclusively within those boundaries. The contract period is 40 days. The tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026 at 09:00. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the duration of the quality guarantee (40%). The bidder must have completed at least two relevant road-surfacing projects and provide a suitably authorised site manager. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
