Renovation of the sports hall building on Ludowa Street in Koluszki

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the sports support building at the sports hall at Ludowa 16 in Koluszki. The works include replacement of windows and internal and external doors, renovation of sanitary facilities and water and sewerage systems, installation of mechanical ventilation, installation of air conditioning in four rooms, replacement of suspended ceilings and floors, replacement of light fittings, and reconstruction of the external stairs and the accessibility ramp. The scope also includes electrical installations, heating-related works, internal and external finishing, external area works, and fitting out the sanitary and changing facilities. The works must be completed within nine months of contract signature. The tender deadline is 18 September 2026 at 10:30, with opening scheduled for 11:00 on the same day. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defects-liability period carries 40%. The offered warranty may not be shorter than 36 months. The bidder must demonstrate at least two construction, renovation or reconstruction projects worth at least PLN 1,000,000 each completed within the last five years and provide a team with the required construction and installation qualifications. The tender guarantee is PLN 20,000 and the performance security is 4% of the gross tender price. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
