Renovation of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the municipal stadium in Zalewo

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive renovation of approximately 190 m² of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the municipal stadium in Zalewo. The works include internal construction and finishing works, modernisation of sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical installations, and the supply of dedicated sports equipment. The bidder must include site preparation, work-area signage, cleaning, removal of construction residues and waste disposal in the price. The works must be completed by 5 November 2026 at the latest. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 18 September 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period (40%). Participation requires evidence of at least one comparable construction, reconstruction or renovation project properly completed during the last five years with a gross value of at least PLN 200,000, as well as the appointment of a suitably qualified construction works manager.
