Adaptation of two gym halls at Primary School No. 1 in Żnin for use as hospital spaces

The tender concerns extensive renovation and refurbishment of two gym halls at Primary School No. 1 in Żnin, including the renewal of wall and ceiling surfaces and the restoration of existing sports flooring. The materials and finishes must support accessibility, reduce reflections and volatile organic compound emissions, and ensure slip resistance for the sports flooring. The works must be carried out in an operating school within 30 days. The work schedule must be agreed with the school principal before commencement, while ensuring the safety of pupils and staff and the continued operation of the school. The tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish and accompanied by a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum required warranty is 24 months and the maximum period taken into account is 36 months. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate experience of at least two properly completed building renovation or reconstruction works, each worth at least PLN 120,000, carried out during the last five years.
