Renovation of a warehouse building and site development for civil protection and civil defence purposes

Summary

The tender covers renovation of a warehouse building and development of the surrounding site for civil protection and civil defence purposes. The works include demolition and dismantling, repair of the building structure and roof, a new roof covering, facade works, replacement of windows, doors and gates, internal room reconfiguration, ventilation, water supply, hot water, sanitary drainage and electrical installations, as well as paved areas, access routes, parking spaces and driveways. The expected performance period is 10 weeks, or 70 days, from contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation awards 60 points for the gross price and 40 points for the warranty period; the minimum warranty period is 36 months. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000 and performance security is 3% of the gross tender price.
