Reconstruction of the boiler room at Municipal Kindergarten No. 4 in Zelów

Summary

The contract covers conversion of the oil-fired boiler room at Municipal Kindergarten No. 4 in Zelów into a gas-fired boiler room, including gas and heating systems, demolition and renovation works, installation of new equipment, commissioning and acceptance documentation. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026 and carried out in an operating kindergarten without interrupting the building’s operation or required heating. If necessary, the contractor must provide temporary heating at its own cost. Participation requires evidence of two qualifying previous projects, a suitably authorised construction manager, a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee and an electronic tender in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
