The tender covers comprehensive cleaning of residential properties managed by MZBM in Kalisz, divided into two lots, with services running until 31 August 2027. Lot 1 covers 72 properties and Lot 2 covers 88 properties outside the regeneration area. The work includes cleaning stairwells, pavements, courtyards, gates, entrances, waste-container areas and green areas, as well as snow clearance and treatment of icy surfaces.
