Provision of laundry services

Summary

The tender concerns laundry services for a healthcare institution for 12 months. The service includes collecting soiled bed linen and patient linen, bedding, blankets, towels, mop heads, pillows and employees’ workwear; minor repairs where necessary; washing, disinfection during the washing cycle and in a disinfection chamber, calendaring, drying, ironing and delivery back to the contracting authority. Workwear, mops, cleaning cloths, pillows and blankets must be washed in separate laundries without contact with general hospital or operating-theatre linen. The estimated annual volume is 45,000 kg. The bidder must provide the required sanitary inspection opinions for the laundry and two transport vehicles and demonstrate at least one laundry service worth at least PLN 30,000 performed during the last three years. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and payment term for 40%; the payment-term scores are 40 points for 30 days, 20 points for 21 days and 10 points for 14 days. The tender must be submitted electronically by 8:30 on 11 September 2026.
