Construction of road lighting in the Mełgiew municipality

Summary

The contract concerns the construction of road-lighting infrastructure in the Mełgiew municipality, divided into three lots. Bidders may submit offers for all lots. The works must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract, and offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 00:00. Lot 1 covers lighting on Pogodna Street in Franciszków and Nadstawna Street in Mełgiew, including 35 m of underground line, 197 m of suspended line and 1,194 m of underground line with 27 lighting poles. Lot 2 covers 1,283 m of underground lighting line and 34 poles on municipal road 105330 L in Krzesimów. Lot 3 covers 2,006 m of underground line with 45 poles and 627 m of overhead line with 15 luminaires on county roads 2105L and 2106L in Minkowice. The lighting must use LED luminaires compatible with the municipality’s existing CPAnet-rabbit monitoring and management system. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the warranty and defect-liability period, weighted at 40%; the offered period must be between 36 and 60 months.
