Additional outfitting of the Public Library of the City and Municipality of Oborniki under the cultural heritage and cultural infrastructure development project

Summary

The procurement concerns the additional outfitting of the Public Library of the City and Municipality of Oborniki under an EU-co-financed cultural heritage and cultural infrastructure development project. It is divided into 8 lots: multimedia and interactive equipment, computer and audiovisual equipment, furniture, exhibition displays and showcases, auditorium seats, an A2 planetary/book scanner, stage and microphone equipment, and an outdoor 42-compartment book locker. Offers may be submitted for all lots. Delivery periods are 28 or 56 days depending on the lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00, and documents may be prepared only in Polish. Price is the sole award criterion for lots 1–7; for lot 8, price carries 80% and service response time 20%.
