Modernization of the municipal civil protection and civil defence warehouse in Malomice

Summary

The contract concerns the modernization of the municipal civil protection and civil defence warehouse at Piastowska 19 in Malomice. The works include facade repairs and painting, replacement of the roof covering with galvanized trapezoidal sheet metal and insulation, replacement of internal and external windows and doors including two garage doors, floor cleaning and levelling, interior painting, gutters and flashings, ventilation, wooden ceiling insulation, reinforced-concrete ring beams and roof timber structure. The works must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract, with the site handed over no later than 14 days after signing. Only one non-variant bid may be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 11:00. The bid must include a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%; the warranty must be at least 48 months and no more than 60 months for scoring purposes.
