Renovation of selected rooms in the Radio Gdańsk S.A. building

Summary

The contract covers the renovation of selected rooms in the Radio Gdańsk S.A. building in Gdańsk, including bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor, rooms on the second floor, and a kitchen. The works include demolition, sanitary and electrical installations, tiling, painting, suspended ceilings, window and door works, floor renovation and installation of fitted furniture and equipment. The works must be completed within 70 days from handover of the site, with the work phased so that bathrooms on more than one floor are not taken out of use at the same time without the contracting authority’s prior approval. The contract is not divided into lots, the remuneration is lump-sum, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 09:00. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
