Additional equipment for school classrooms – supply of laptops

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of 16 laptops and 16 wireless mice for the technical school’s classrooms in Rybnik. The laptops must meet the minimum technical requirements, including a screen of at least 15.6 inches, 16 GB RAM, a 512 GB SSD, an x86 laptop processor scoring at least 14,955 PassMark CPU Mark points without overclocking, Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth, HDMI and USB connectivity, Windows 11 Professional 64-bit in Polish with a perpetual licence, and Microsoft Office 2024 Home and Business PL with a perpetual licence. The equipment must be new, sourced through the manufacturer’s official Polish sales channel and supported by the manufacturer. Delivery is required within 10 days of contract signature to Tadeusza Kościuszki 5, 44-200 Rybnik. The minimum laptop warranty is 24 months, while the warranty period is also evaluated as an award criterion up to 48 months. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 12:00 and will be assessed on price (60%) and warranty (40%).
