Design and construction of a detached single-storey recreational building at the JordaNova Recreation Centre

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of a detached, single-storey individual recreational building with site arrangement and the necessary technical infrastructure at the JordaNova Recreation Centre, on plot 571/1 in Gołkowice Górne. The building will have a room with a kitchenette, bathroom, wardrobe and an open mezzanine; the terrace is to be finished with paving blocks or natural stone slabs. The contract period is 70 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 16:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the completed works (40%), with warranty options of 24, 36 or 48 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 6,000 is required.
