Supplementary equipment for school laboratories – supply of laptops and licences for specialised educational software under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of 11 laptops, 11 wireless mice and 24-month licences for educational applications for 11 workstations with stereoscopic 3D functionality. The laptops must meet extensive minimum requirements, including at least 23,237 PassMark CPU Mark points, 32 GB RAM, a dedicated 6 GB GDDR6 graphics card with at least 14,215 PassMark G3D Mark points, a 1 TB NVMe SSD, a 15.6-inch UHD/3D stereoscopic display, real-time eye and head tracking, spatial USB-pointer tracking, Wi-Fi 6, Windows 11 Professional 64-bit and a lifetime OEM licence. The applications must support native glasses-free stereoscopic 3D, direct manipulation of 3D objects with the USB pointer and educational content covering vehicle servicing, vehicle technology, applied mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and STEM subjects. Delivery must be completed within 10 days of signing the contract, to the school in Rybnik. The minimum laptop warranty is 24 months; warranty length is scored up to 48 months. Price carries 60 points and warranty 40 points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 11:00 and remain binding until 8 October 2026.
