Reconstruction and Modernization of Volunteer Fire Stations in the Stoszowice Municipality (3 Lots)

Summary

The tender covers three lots: construction of a new volunteer fire station in Stoszowice, renovation of the volunteer fire station in Budzów, and modernization of the Budzów public building for civil-protection storage purposes. Lot 1 includes demolition of the existing station and two recreational shelters, construction of a two-storey partly basement building with technical infrastructure, site development and equipment. Lot 2 covers roof and roof-structure repairs, façade drainage and renovation, floor replacement and renovation of the wooden fire-training tower; works must start with the roof covering replacement. Lot 3 covers demolition and preparatory works, first-floor insulation and finishes, window and door replacement, electrical, ventilation and heating installations, finishing works and installation of 27.90 m of storage shelving. Offers may be submitted for one, several or all three lots. The deadlines are 30 September 2027 for Lots 1 and 2 and 30 November 2026 for Lot 3. Offers must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 10:00, and remain valid until 16 October 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be scored up to 60 months. A bid guarantee and a 5% performance security are required.
