Summary

The works concern the comprehensive construction of a cycling skills park in Środa Śląska. The scope includes a dirt-track cycling facility for mountain bikes with landscaping and site rules, installation of a prefabricated modular pump track with landscaping and site rules, and the design-and-build delivery of the park’s monitoring and lighting system. The contract is to be completed by 15 April 2027, and no variants or partial bids are allowed. A mandatory site visit must take place between 2 and 16 September 2026, and the electronically signed site-visit certificate must be submitted with the bid; failure to do so will result in rejection.
