Anti-corrosion protection of the hospital roofs over two emergency stairwells and the west wing

Summary

The contract concerns construction and renovation works for painted anti-corrosion protection of the roofs of two emergency stairwells and the west wing of the hospital building in Zakopane. The scope includes dismantling unusable sheet-metal flashings, pressure washing, rust and coating removal, solvent degreasing, priming and two-coat painting of approximately 405 m² of roof covering, painting approximately 105 m of tubular snow guards and 163 m of gutters and downpipes, replacement of approximately 10 m² of waterproofing in drainage channels, repair of approximately 2 m² of galvanized sheet roofing, replacement of two roof ventilators and installation of approximately 11.5 m² of galvanized sheet-metal flashings. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 11:00, and the tender validity period is 30 days. Evaluation is based on gross lump-sum price (60%), extension of the warranty period (35%) and completion date (5%).
