Golanka Dolna access road to agricultural land

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of an internal access road to agricultural land in Golanka Dolna, adapted to traffic category KR1. The works include a 550 m asphalt concrete carriageway, 3.5 m wide, with 0.75 m shoulders on both sides, renovated access points and a 25 m long, 5.0 m wide passing bay. The asphalt surface covers approximately 2,000 m². The works must be completed within 30 days and in accordance with the technical documentation, applicable construction standards and the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the offered warranty period 40%. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required. If the contractor fails to meet the 30 November 2026 funding settlement deadline and the contracting authority loses the grant, the contractor may be required to cover 100% of the lost funding.
