Organisation of 4 study visits abroad in Slovenia under the “Transformation – Bridge to the New Labour Market” project

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive organisation of 4 study visits to Slovenia for up to 28 employees of the contracting authority, divided into 4 groups. Each visit lasts 5 calendar days and includes 4 overnight stays. The contractor must prepare the programmes and provide accommodation, international and local transport, meals, participant insurance, a coordinator for each group and professional consecutive interpreting from the local language into Polish. The contract must be performed by 18 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60 points), coordinator experience (20 points) and interpreter experience (20 points). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
